Are your mugs Solid Copper or Lined?
Our standard custom copper mug or Moscow Mule Mug on our site is genuine REAL COPPER MUGS, handcrafted from solid copper. We do accept special orders for mugs with a lining or plated with copper.
Are your mugs lacquered or coated?
Yes, we place a thin layer of food-safe lacquer on the outside of the mug to protect it’s shine longer.
Will my Copper Mugs or Copper Barware Tarnish?
Yes, real copper does tarnish over time. Some love the beauty that comes with the age and natural patina of copper. If not, the mugs can be shined to look the way they did the day you bought them!
Can I serve hot drinks out of my Copper Mugs?
Since copper is a conductor we don’t recommend serving HOT beverages since the lip of the mug can get quite hot depending on the temperature of the beverage. Warm and cold beverages are ideal for use with a copper mug.
How do I clean my Copper Mugs or Copper Barware?
Cleaning is simple. Handwash only with warm soap, water, and a soft sponge/cloth. We recommend thoroughly drying your pieces after use as excess moisture can cause the pieces to tarnish faster. If you wish to polish your mugs, there are many copper polishing solutions available on the market or at your local store. Many cleaning methods are available online for cleaning copper and we do include basic care instructions on the box!
What are sets or set discounts?
We offer set discounts on our mugs when you purchase certain quantities. The discounts are reflected in the drop down menu for each set quantity on the item page. Moscow Mule Mugs are not packaged in “sets”, each mug is individually boxed; we simply offer you a discount for purchasing more! Set discounts are only available on our copper mugs.
Do you offer returns?
If you would like to return your online purchase, email us at email@example.com with your order number to obtain a return authorization within 5 days of receiving your shipment. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 14 days by email along with a photo of the damage/imperfection. We will offer a replacement or a full refund for items that are deemed defective or damaged. Approved returns that are not damaged or defective will receive a refund for the purchase amount, less shipping charges. In order to receive a refund, items must be returned unused and in their original packaging (protective wrapping and box). Customized item are not eligible for a refund.

Do you ship outside the US?
We currently do not have an International shipping option through our website however, we can ship to Canada at competitive rates. Please email or call us to receive an International shipping quote or to place an order.
Do you have a phone number for customer service?
Yes, we can be reached at (800) 294-1276 for customer service inquiries between the hours of 9:30am-4:30pm Monday through Friday MST. We are closed on all major holidays. If you are unable to reach us, leave a message and your call will be returned promptly. Please note: we do not take orders over the phone.
Do you offer gift cards?
We do not offer gift cards at this time.
I am looking to open a wholesale account. How do I place an order?
We are currently working on a new wholesale experience for online ordering. All wholesale accounts must approved by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your business type, location (if you have a storefront), link to your website or social media page, and Seller’s Permit. Once approved, a wholesale account manager can help place a wholesale order for you.
I am looking to purchase copper mugs in bulk for my wedding or special event. Do you offer bulk discounts or customization?

Do you ever offer sales or coupon codes?
Yes, throughout the year we offer special sales, limited edition pieces, and even giveaways. To receive information about sales or limited edition pieces when they are released, join our email list by going to the bottom of the website and entering your email address. We only send out occasional emails and you can cancel your subscription at any time. While some sales are only announced to our email list; giveaways and certain sales are announced on social media – follow us on Facebook or Instagram! Please note that website promotions do not apply to wholesale, bulk or wedding orders unless indicated in the promotion details.
