Orders placed with overnight shipping will be processed same business day if order is placed before 11AM PST. Orders placed after 11AM PST will ship the following business day.
Once your order has been processed to ship, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the carrier.
Order Splits & Backorders
On occasion, we may split your order. If your order is split, separate tracking numbers will be sent for each shipment. If you place an order where one or more of the items is backordered, we may ship the available item(s) first and ship your backordered item(s) once available.
Delivery Issues & Incorrect Addresses
Prior to shipping out an order, we will verify the shipping address provided at checkout with the carrier. If the address cannot be verified, we will contact you to confirm the address prior to sending out your order. If you input an incorrect shipping address at checkout, we must be notified within 24 hours of your purchase and we will do our best to get the address corrected prior to shipping. We are not responsible for delivery issues due to an incorrect address or carrier issues. If you experience a problem with the delivery of your package, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to get it resolved.
