Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 sliced frozen banana
  • 3/4 cup unsweetend coconut milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • shredded coconut for toppings

Optional

  • 2.5 oz pineapple vodka or coconut rum

Instructions
 

  • 1. Place all ingredients into a blender
  • 2. Blend until smooth – it should have a thick consistency
